3. Quotes, Payments, and Invoicing

All projects are quoted based on initial consultations. Pricing may be fixed, hourly, or monthly depending on service type. Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to a service fee. Additional work outside the agreed scope will be billed accordingly.

4. Revisions and Change Requests

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of all content, designs, and materials provided by them. Work created by Search Lions SEO Inc. may remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received, at which point ownership is transferred to the client.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information and materials with strict confidentiality and will not share or disclose them without written consent, unless required by law.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (e.g., hosting, plugins, email platforms). Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts unless otherwise specified. We are not liable for the performance or changes of those services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Search Lions SEO Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or website downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if clients engage in fraudulent activity, abuse, or breach these Terms. Any outstanding payments will remain due at the time of termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
